CharterOne Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through charteronesolutions.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It does not cover our Source to Sea app, which has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and the project details you write in the message field.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. We do not collect your IP address, device information, or browsing behaviour. Loading this page does load fonts from Google Fonts, which may see the request come from your IP address as part of normal web traffic — no cookie is set and no profile is built from it.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't use this information for marketing, sell it, or share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare Workers — receives the form submission and forwards it as an email. Cloudflare does not retain the message content beyond processing the request.
- Brevo — our transactional email provider, used to deliver your message to our inbox. Brevo processes the message content to send that email.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages arrive as emails to our inbox and are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted in the ordinary course of mailbox housekeeping.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Contact info@charteronesolutions.com and we'll action the request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
