With Pro, sync runs through your own iCloud, and your document details are end-to-end encrypted — the keys exist only on your devices. We can't read your data. Neither can anyone else.

Is PilotDocs really free?
Yes. Everything on-device — unlimited documents, reminders, exports, security — is free forever. Pro only adds iCloud sync and backup.
Where are my documents stored?
On your device, in the app's protected storage. With Pro, also in your personal iCloud — end-to-end encrypted. Never on our servers; we don't have servers.
Does it replace my physical documents?
No. PilotDocs is an organisational tool, not an official record. Always carry your originals as regulations require.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Sync stops; nothing else changes. All documents remain on your device, fully usable.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad, iOS 17 or later. Sync works across all devices signed into your iCloud.
