Source to Sea: The Nile ("the app") is developed by CharterOne Solutions. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it's used, and how you can control or delete it.

What we collect

What we don't collect

We do not access your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history. We do not use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, or ad-network SDKs of any kind. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.

How your data is used

Solely to run the app's core features: tracking your progress along the route, unlocking checkpoints and awards, and the optional public leaderboard. Health data is never used for advertising, marketing, or resold to third parties.

Who we share data with

Your data is stored with Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, acting solely on our instructions to store and serve your data — not as an independent party using it for their own purposes.

Your control over your data

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Security

Data is protected in transit via HTTPS/TLS and access-controlled so you can only ever see your own data.
